Yake & Associates, Inc. offers a different approach to executive search. We don't try to be all things to all people; nor do we want everyone as a client, because we know that approach compromises the integrity of the search process. Yake & Associates, Inc. accepts only retained searches, and normally performs executive search assignments as part of a larger consulting project/engagement.
